Delivery Model

We utilized many principles of agile development and had scrum meetings. Our development process was adaptive and rapid. Our team performed open-mindedly and unselfishly. A successful prototype was dependent on our ability to assess time constraints and reorganize our priorities. It was a learning process, we learned JavaScript, Phaser.io, Git, FSM’s. Our design approach was simple and intuitive.
